Nine things a day. That's the ceiling.

One page a day

The whole system fits on one page.

  • 1
The first thing The one task that makes today a win. Do it before email, before the small stuff.
  • 3
Medium tasks Half an hour to half a day each. Real work, not admin.
  • 5
Small tasks Under thirty minutes. The things that clog a day if you let them.
  • Rolled over Filled in first each morning, from yesterday. Every item gets a decision — do it, move it, or drop it.

Anything that rolls over three days running is either bigger than you're admitting, or something you don't actually intend to do. Both are worth finding out.

The facing notes page: today's win, a dot grid for thinking, and a roll-over list for tomorrow.

Questions

Before you buy

How do I get it onto my Kindle Scribe?

Download the PDF on a computer or phone first — the Scribe's own browser can't download files. Then go to amazon.com/sendtokindle and drag the file in, or email it to your device's Send-to-Kindle address. Use Send to Kindle rather than a USB cable: a PDF copied over USB isn't converted to Kindle's writable format, so the pen won't work on it.

Can I write on it with my pen?

Yes — that's the point. On Kindle, load it with Send to Kindle and the pen works normally. To follow a link, tap it with your finger or set the pen to Pointer in the writing toolbar.

How do I load it onto a reMarkable?

Open the reMarkable desktop app and drag the PDF in, or upload it at my.remarkable.com. On a phone, open the PDF and tap Share, then Import with reMarkable. It syncs to the tablet over Wi-Fi.

Which file do I use?

All four are the same planner — only page size and color differ. A Start-here sheet is included that maps each device to its file and walks through loading it.

Does it work on an iPad or another tablet?

It's a standard PDF, so it will open in GoodNotes, Notability or any PDF reader that supports internal links. It's built for the four e-ink panels above, so on other screens you may see a border.

What about refunds?

It's a digital file, so all sales are final. But if something doesn't work on your device, message me through Etsy — I'd far rather fix it than leave you stuck with a file that won't open.
